Irene's hospitality was top-notch! She went out of her way to make me feel at home 😊. The room was comfy with great storage. The only downside was the bathroom being outside the room, but it was always clean and private.

A Warm and Cozy Stay with Exceptional Hospitality

I had a fantastic 3-night stay in a well-equipped room that had everything I needed. The property is conveniently located with easy access to the city centre. I enjoyed a pleasant bus ride and even walked there once! Breakfast was lovely with a range of options, and Irene was incredibly attentive, even sending food to my room when I was feeling unwell. One improvement could be providing a larger cup for tea in the room.

The breakfast spread was pretty decent with a variety of options like yogurts, cereals, and fresh fruit, ensuring you could fuel up for a day of exploring. No shortage of public transport nearby, making it easy to zip around town with a £5 daily ticket.

Having the bathroom down the hallway wasn't ideal, especially for early risers. a bit of a trek when nature calls. Some rooms lack en-suite facilities, which can come as a surprise. The walk to the city center is longer than you'd like, and not all dining options are conveniently close, which could be a hassle during late-night cravings. The noise from the hallway could be a distraction at times, especially when others are coming and going. Plus, having a few more electrical sockets near the bed would help with charging all the gear we've got nowadays.

My stay at No 45 was delightful! The clean, spacious family room offered comfort for relaxation, while the lovely breakfast included a variety of delicious options. Irene's attentive hospitality and valuable local insights made my visit truly memorable.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a tv, and electric kettles in rooms. Staff helped me print documents on my first stay. I'd recommend trying the good breakfast! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.
